Mercury Remover Adsorbent
Applications
- Mercury is present at a traces level in natural gas and condensates and is dissolved respectively in the hydrocarbon’s gas phase or in the hydrocarbons liquid phase. It is important to highlight that mercury is mainly present under its elemental form (Hg0) in natural gas and associated condensates. Metallic mercury is a problem in natural gas processing. It must be removed at the earliest stage possible to prevent mercury contamination at downstream equipment. The Mercury Removal Adsorbent efficiently removes Mercury from Hydrocarbon streams and reduces Mercury content down to 10 ng/Nm3.
Oxygen Remover Adsorbent
Applications
- It is mainly used for polyolefin production olefins and other auxiliary materials monomer to removal of trace Oxygen in the gas, and can remove the trace sulfur removal at the same time. After purification, the O2 content in the gas can reach 0.1 ppmv in practical use.
Sulphur Remover (ZnO) Adsorbent
Applications
- It can be used to remove the sulfur compound in all kinds of gases, such as hydrogen, syngas, natural gas, acetylene, petroleum gas, ammonia and CO2, as well as in some liquids, such as propylene, liquid hydrocarbon, reforming feedstock and jet fuel. The products can adsorb not only inorganic sulfur, but also some simple organic sulfur compound.
CO Remover Adsorbent
Applications
- It is mainly used for polyolefin production olefins and other auxiliary materials monomer to removal trace CO in the gas, and can remove the trace oxygen and sulfur compounds at the same time, the purification effect is splendid. After purification, the CO content in the gas of 0.3 or less ppmv (can reach 0.1 ppmv) in practical use.

Applications
- In polypropylene production process, there are trace impurities such as S, O2, CO, H2O and As, which can lead to the decrease of catalyst activity, even leading to catalyst poisoning, with adverse influence on normal production. - The chlorine in raw material can lead the catalyst or absorbent to be poisonous in the process. The chlorine can also erode the equipment and unit and can bring adverse influence to normal operation of unit. Therefore, the chlorine must be removed using solid chlorine remover.
