Alumina Claus

Applications

  • Alumina Claus catalyst is used in Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU). Al2O3 Claus catalyst can be applied to the Claus units in petrol chemical and coal chemical industry which can be loaded by full bed or different layers together with other types of catalysts into the Claus reactor.

 

Titania Claus

Applications

  • Titania Claus catalyst is used in Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU). It has a high thermal stability and high hydrolysis activity for COS and CS2 in Claus reaction. It can be used in the first converter to promote COS and hydrolysis reaction, and also in the second and third converters to improve Claus.

 

Titania-Alumina Claus

Applications

  • Titania-Alumina Claus catalyst is used in Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU). Compared with conventional pure Al2O3 catalyst, the main advantages of A968 catalyst are its higher hydrolysis of organic compound such as COS and CS2 as well as higher Claus activity. It can be used to treat any kind of acidic gases containing H2

 

Tail Gas Treatment

Applications

  • The Tail gas treatment catalysts converts any remaining sulfur species exiting the Claus section to H2S before entering the amine tail gas section for final treatment.

 

Oxygen Scavenger Claus

Applications

  • Oxygen Scavenger Claus is prepared by using special purpose active Al2O3 as carrier and adding patented auxiliary agent, which possesses dual function of Claus activity and de oxygen protection. The main advantages are not only having high Claus activity, but also having the function of removing the trace oxygen from the process gas and thus protecting the subsequent catalyst from being sulfated.

 

Aromatic Saturation

Applications

  • Aromatic Saturation hydrogenation Catalyst is a nickel catalyst, recommended for the hydrogenation of hydrocarbon cuts to lower the aromatic content or to saturate olefins and diolefins. It is selected for its high resistance to poisons when the feed contains a few ppm of Sulphur or of other contaminants. Aromatics saturation hydrogenation catalyst mainly applied to hydrogenate aromatics and olefins to alkane to protect subsequent isomerization catalyst.

 

CoMo/Al2O3 Hydrotreating

Applications

  • Generally Hydrotreating Catalyst is used for the Superior desulfurization, high denitrification, and dementalization of hydrocarbon cuts including gasoline, naphtha, kerosene, and gasoil. The active metals are cobalt and molybdenum oxides on high-purity alumina.

 

NiMo/ Al2O3 Hydrotreating

Applications

  • Generally Hydrotreating Catalyst is used for the Superior desulfurization, high denitrification, and dementalization of hydrocarbon cuts including gasoline, naphtha, kerosene, and gasoil. The active metals are Nickel and molybdenum oxides on high-purity alumina.
